Introductory Session – How the Justice System Works

Moray Community Justice Partnership and Moray HSCP Justice Services are pleased to invite professionals working in Moray to attend our upcoming information sessions designed to increase understanding of the justice system and support effective work with individuals who have convictions or are subject to licence conditions. Due to high interest, we are offering additional sessions, see below.

The sessions will provide:

• An overview of how the justice system works
• Information on different types of community-based sentences and what they mean in practice
• Insight into licence conditions and other justice-related requirements
• An opportunity to ask questions and discuss things commonly encountered when supporting people involved in the justice system
