The Moray Alcohol & Drug Partnership (ADP) is pleased to announce the publication of its Strategic Delivery Plan 2026–2029, following approval by the Moray Integration Joint Board.

The plan sets out how we will work alongside partners, communities and people with lived and living experience to reduce alcohol and drug-related harm across Moray over the next three years. It provides a clear framework for improving prevention, harm reduction, treatment, recovery and long-term wellbeing, while ensuring people can access the right support at the right time.

Developed through engagement with people with lived and living experience, families, carers, partner organisations and national stakeholders, the plan reflects both local priorities and national ambitions. It also recognises that people’s needs can change over time, which is why this is a live document that will continue to develop as we listen, learn and work together.

At the heart of the plan is our commitment to working in partnership, using evidence to drive improvement, reducing stigma and ensuring that people affected by alcohol and drug use are treated with dignity, compassion and respect.
